The Branch President is a key member of the Clear Channel Outdoor (CCO) senior management team and is the senior leader and general manager of a branch or business unit of the company’s out-of-home (OOH) advertising business. Directs all aspects of branch operations including the Finance, Operations, Real Estate & Public Affairs, and Sales & Marketing departments. Creates an organizational culture where continuous improvement, effective change management and high performance are core attributes. Delivers EBITDA at or above budgeted levels for the assigned market as well as successfully implements corporate objectives and initiatives.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for the P&L of a specific market with strong focus on revenue growth, rate attainment, inventory optimization, and EBITDA
• Forecasts business growth and decline and develops strategies to effectively address changing business environments and sets organizational and individual goals accordingly
• Anticipates and strategically addresses emerging business opportunities
• Sets targets and standards for revenues, productivity, safety, costs, regulatory compliance, inventory control and purchasing
• Implements enterprise wide changes in policies, practices, methods, applications, tools, and other standardization initiatives in the local market
• Collaborates and complies with enterprise-wide initiatives
• Regularly interacts with clients and participates in business development activities with sales staff
• Supports and assists with national export revenue generation for the entire enterprise
• Represents CCO to trade and other professional associations, community and civic groups
• Prepares annual budget and branch strategic plan
• Learns about and develops an informed perspective on each department under his/her responsibility through a mixture of regular, routine management meetings and systemic information gathering and analysis
• Creates an environment that insures the highest standards in safety, quality, efficiency and other criteria essential to effective operations
• Reviews, maintains and implements safe work practices in compliance with all applicable OSHA, EPA and other regulatory requirements
• Responsible for hiring, performance managing and supervising employees within the branch and maintaining positive employee relations
• Identifies, develops and advocates for high potential and high performing talent at all levels of the organization

• Reports to Midwest Group President
LOCATION & TRAVEL
• Role will be based at the Clear Channel Outdoor Division office in Indianapolis
• Ability and expectation for overnight travel of 15% for periodic corporate meetings and industry events

• Knowledge of media and advertising industry, business cycles, key revenue and expense drivers
• Ability to develop and deliver executive-level written and verbal communications
